Reservation Cancellations: We do not charge for booking a reservation. A 24 hour prior notice IS required for ALL cancellations. After 24 hours prior to scheduled departure or "no-shows" at the dock, the scheduled passenger will be charged 50% of charter price. Give us a call or BE ON TIME!

Weather Cancellations: Weather conditions can be variable and unpredictable. The Captain will make every attempt to depart safely to include delaying charter departure time. If weather conditions do not allow for a safe departure on the date of scheduled charter the passenger will be offered a chance to reschedule. If a charter has to be cancelled while underway a makeup charter will be offered.

Passenger Conduct Cancellations: Charters will be cancelled immediately due to unruly, disrespectful, or unlawful behavior to include drug use. The offending passenger will be charged price of charter plus $200 fine. Depending on offense authorities may be called. Be lawful, BE RESPECTFUL!

Emergencies: Medical or marine emergencies are not grounds for refund. Circumstances of the emergency will be assessed by Captain. Full, partial, or no refund will be given upon results of evaluation. Captains decision is final. If a serious or life threatening emergency occurs and charter has to be cancelled a makeup charter will be offered to passengers.
